It was a great blessing and privilege to have been at the AA-Roundup: To see a large disparate group of people come together with the common knowledge that everyone has been broken but has found hope again; To see respect and gentleness in action; To hear the serenity prayer said in Mongolian by the delegates, which my conscious mind could not understand but my heart could, bringing tears to my eyes and comfort to my spirit. To experience solidarity in suffering, and find hope in a Higher Power. I found the meeting a deeply spiritual and healing experience.
